What costs are involved in using an estate agency?
The cost of the office's services is agreed individually in the form of a commission on the property sold, the amount of which is specified in the contract. The cost depends on the type of property and the selected scope of our services. In case we do not sell the property or you withdraw from the contract - you do not pay any costs!
