Principles of protection of cultural heritage and monuments, including cultural landscapes and contemporary cultural assets
§ 11. 1. a fragment of the plan area is located within a conservation protection zone
archaeological monument - site Żarnowiec 7, included in the provincial register of monuments, the boundaries of which are specified on the drawing. The following arrangements apply in this zone:
1) Earthworks or a change in the character of the existing activity in the area of the existence of archaeological monuments, which may lead to their transformation or destruction, require archaeological research, the scope and type of which is determined by the provincial conservator of monuments in accordance with separate regulations.
2) Any architectural relics visible in the field and discovered during archaeological investigations associated with the historic buildings of the so-called Żarnowiec Mill shall be protected, preserved and conserved in situ."
(2) The plan area reveals the alignment of historic roads, for which it is agreed that the alignment should be protected and maintained with the possibility of redevelopment.
(3) There is established a zone of conservation protection of the surroundings and exposure of historic complexes, the boundaries of which are specified on the drawing of the plan. The historic cultural landscape and the exposure of the areas entered in the register of monuments, under strict conservation protection, located outside the boundaries of the plan, are protected. Within this zone it is established:
1) Prohibit development on sites 25-R, 31-R and 32-R;

§ 16. 1. A 15kV overhead medium voltage power line runs through parts of the area. Along the medium-voltage power lines there is an impact of power fields. Along the power lines there is a zone of restrictions on development in strips with a width of at least 7m on each side from the medium voltage 15kV line. The possible possibility of development in this zone and the way in which these strips are developed must be agreed with the network manager in each case. It is permissible to change
the route of the line. In the event of a change of route or decommissioning of the line, this zone shall not apply.

§ 24 Detailed arrangements for the areas marked on the plan drawing with symbols 25-R, 31-R, 32-R, 33-R, 35-R:

(b) modernisation and reconstruction of flood protection equipment and facilities is permitted,
(c) on site 25-R, at the location indicated on the drawing of the plan, the location of tourist facilities is permitted, with the exception of viewing towers;
2) parameters and indicators of development and land use:
(a) biologically active area: 100 %,
(b) development in accordance with the separate regulations;
3) principles and conditions of property subdivision: in accordance with separate regulations;
4) principles concerning transport service of the grounds: transport service of the grounds: from the existing public roads and through the adjacent grounds;
5) special conditions of land use:
(a) development is prohibited,
(b) the sites are located within the boundaries of the Maritime Protected Landscape Area and the buffer zone of the Maritime Landscape Park. Separate regulations apply,
c) the areas 31-R, 32-R and a part of the area 25-R are located within a conservation protection zone of surroundings and exposition of historic complexes, marked on the drawing of the plan, where the provisions of §11 par.3 of the resolution apply,
(d) the sites: 25-R, 33-R, 35-R are located in the Coastal Ecological Corridor, marked on the plan drawing,
e) the area of 25-R is partly located within the archaeological monument conservation protection zone, marked on the drawing of the plan, where the provisions of §11 par.1 of the resolution apply,
f) an overhead medium voltage power line runs through sites 25-R and 32-R, where the provisions of §16 of the resolution apply,
(g) parts of site 25-R are located within an area of special flood hazard with a probability of 1%, where separate regulations apply. For new buildings and new projects likely to have a significant impact on the environment located
in a special flood hazard area, a water permit must be obtained in accordance with the Water Law Act. In an area of special flood hazard, it is prohibited to collect sewage, animal faeces, chemicals and other substances and materials which may contaminate water, to carry out recovery or disposal of
waste, in particular landfilling, with the possibility of exemption from these prohibitions in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Water Law,

(j) part of sites 25-R, 33-R, 35-R is located in the NATURA 2000 area Piaśnickie Łąki, marked on the plan drawing. Separate regulations apply;
6) Percentage rate: the percentage rate for calculating the fee referred to in Article 36(4) of the Land Use and Planning Act is set at 30%.
